We can go as low as a 600 FICO for borrowers with 3 or more completed flips under their belt. We're asset-based first — credit is reviewed but it's not the primary factor. A strong deal and a solid track record carry the most weight.
Do I need flipping experience?
We work with first-timers and seasoned pros alike. New investors may see different terms.
How fast can you close?

What documents do you require?
No tax returns or W-2s. We need ID, the property contract, your scope of work, bank statements, and your LLC docs.
What states do you lend in?

Are there prepayment penalties?
